Job Description

  • Handle customer calls for enquiries and helpdesk support
  • Follow up customer requests and/or technical support cases
  • Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
  • Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
  • Monitor SLA metrics according to customer agreements and internal regulation
  • May require shift duty



  • Graduates in IT related discipline
  • 1 year of working experience

CBX Software is expanding and actively hiring for permanent Implementation Consultant positions in the US, Europe and Asia. The Implementation Consultant works closely with our clients to define, implement and test CBX systems/solutions.

Desired experience

Prior experience in retail a plus. Experience in system integration. Familiarization with EDI a plus. Experience in system development lifecycle.


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/System, Computer Science, Operations Research or other relevant qualification.


  • Facilitate requirement gathering/clarification sessions with client’s subject matter experts. Leverage Core’s best practices and work with client to define “to-be” process. Prepare detailed specifications (including user interface, use cases, business logic, data model) for configuration and customization.
  • Liaise with and support Core’s technical/implementation team on configuration and customization.
  • Prepare test plan and detailed test cases/scripts; support internal QA team and client in test execution.
  • Provide training and support to client of standard package and tailored system.
  • Project management (applicable to Senior Implementation Consultant). Bachelor’s degree in Information echnology/System, Computer Science, Operations Research or other relevant qualification.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills (English).
  • Strong workshop/requirements facilitation skills.
  • 3+ years of business analysis.
  • Able to travel extensively (as required on project)

Job description

This is a dynamic, client facing and fast paced role where you will:

  • Support CBX team with day-to-day qualification of sales opportunities.
  • Conduct pre-sales discovery workshops to identify and qualify client issues, requirements and situation.
  • Make recommendations on how client issues and requirements can be addressed through CBX technology.
  • Articulate, document and present client requirements and proposed solution to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate how CBX technology can meet client requirements.
  • Provide insight to client about the adoption of relevant industry good practices and the use of CBX technology.
  • Extensive travel will be required at time, including international (mainly Europe).

  • Background in technical pre-sales, implementation and/or training of enterprise grade software solutions
  • Knowledge of the supply side operations in retail, wholesale and manufacturing industries
  • An understanding of enterprise grade software implementation methodologies.
  • Direct implementation experience of relevant or like technologies will be a plus (in particular PLM, Sourcing, Order Management, Supply Chain Visibility, ERP, BI, WMS)
