Amy Lam Director of Finance and People Operations

As the Director of Finance and People Operations, Amy oversees the Group’s global finance and human resource function. She has 20 years of finance and accounting experience gained from both commercial and big four business consulting/accounting firm. She specializes in building a better finance function in terms of process, system, people and policy for the purpose of improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and control. Amy also has significant experience in talent management, managing the ability, competency and power of people within the organization.

Amy holds a master degree in Business Law and a bachelor degree in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and Australia.

Andre von Appen  Vice President, Europe

André von Appen has over 25 years of experience supporting and consulting on digital transformation projects through innovative technology solutions. André brings a well-established background in Information Technology and has delivered multiple complex implementations for multi-million dollar projects in the retail and IT industry. Prior to CBX, Andre has held senior executive roles in Sales, Business Development & P&L Management. He has comprehensive skills in building operations and offices from start-up, to fully established and operational across Europe and North America. André holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Information Technology.

Mark Hudson Vice President, Global Marketing/ Communications

Mark joined CBX in 2017 and is Vice President of Global Marketing / Communications. Mark holds an MBA in marketing, is a GS1 Standards Professional and holds a CIMdata certification in PLM Leadership. Mark Hudson has over 20 years of marketing experience including product innovation and supply chain strategy for both private label and national brand products. Recently Mark’s focus has been on the connection and collaboration between retailers, manufacturers and their trading partners.

Peter Li Vice President, Industry Consulting

Peter Li has over 30 years of IT, Business Industry Consulting and Process/Change Management experience. His major field of expertise is the Web / Cloud / Consulting Projects in Global Sourcing and the Supply Chain Management and has worked globally with many large multinational corporation (MNC) projects. Peter is holder of a Master degree of Science from the University of Salford , UK and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Sheffield, UK. Peter won the “Hong Kong Awards for Industry in Supply Chain Design” from The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. This award was presented to Peter by the then governor of Hong Kong, the Rt. Hon. Mr. Christopher Patten.

Eric Linxwiler Vice President, Business Development, Americas

Eric Linxwiler has over 30 years of experience in business development positions within enterprise software and cloud based service companies with a specialty in Supply Chain optimization and workflow management. Most recently, he has focused on supply chain communications between Tier one retailers, manufacturers, distributors and their trading partners. Prior to joining CBX Software, Eric managed the Sales and Marketing operations for Direct EDI, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he helped grow the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by SPS Commerce in 2011.

Marcus Lam Chief Technical Architect

As CBX Software’s Chief Technical Architect, Marcus Lam is responsible for driving technology and architecture decisions across the Total Sourcing Management Platform to ensure that product direction is consistent with overall corporate strategy. Marcus is a seasoned product development leader with more than 25 years of professional experience in various IT roles. He has been with CBX Software since 1998, holding various software design and product development positions and has played a key role in the growth of the company into an industry leader.

Tim Chiu Senior Vice President, Client Management

Tim Chiu has over 25 years of experience in supporting global sourcing automation and information technology that enables collaboration between global commerce communities. Tim has helped numerous leading retailers and brands improve global sourcing efficiency by implementing retail merchandising, global sourcing, vendor management, and vendor collaboration solutions that provide measurable benefits. With a varied background in IT and workflow process consulting, Tim is a frequent speaker on the topic of global sourcing for the retail industry.

Michael Hung Chief Executive Officer

As CBX Software’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hung holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 25 years of IT Industry experience, Michael has focused on developing software and solutions that streamline business processes for leading retail, manufacturing and financial services organizations. Prior to CBX, he consulted for a range of clients and industries with Lotus Consulting, now part of IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University.
