As CBX Software’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hung holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 25 years of IT Industry experience, Michael has focused on developing software and solutions that streamline business processes for leading retail, manufacturing and financial services organizations. Prior to CBX, he consulted for a range of clients and industries with Lotus Consulting, now part of IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University.

Eric Linxwiler has over 30 years of experience in business development positions within enterprise software and cloud based service companies with a specialty in Supply Chain optimization and workflow management. Most recently, he has focused on supply chain communications between Tier one retailers, manufacturers, distributors and their trading partners. Prior to joining CBX Software, Eric managed the Sales and Marketing operations for Direct EDI, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he helped grow the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by SPS Commerce in 2011.

He has comprehensive skills in building operations and offices from start-up, to fully established and operational across Europe and North America. She has 20 years of finance and accounting experience gained from both commercial and big four business consulting/accounting firm. She specializes in building a better finance function in terms of process, system, people and policy for the purpose of improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and control. Amy also has significant experience in talent management, managing the ability, competency and power of people within the organization.

Amy holds a master degree in Business Law and a bachelor degree in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and Australia.
