Vice President, Industry Consulting

CY first joined CBX in 1998 and spent nearly 10 years heading up various implementation assignments as a senior consultant before taking on an Associate Director role at Accenture for 12 years.  CY rejoined CBX in May of 2019 as the Vice President of Industry Consulting and has global responsibility for ensuring the successful technical and functional deployment for all Clients.

Amy Lam CBX Amy Lam
Director of Finance and People Operations

As the Director of Finance and People Operations, Amy oversees the Group’s global finance and human resource function. She has 20 years of finance and accounting experience gained from both commercial and big four business consulting/accounting firm. She specializes in building a better finance function in terms of process, system, people and policy for the purpose of improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and control. Amy also has significant experience in talent management, managing the ability, competency and power of people within the organization.

Amy holds a master degree in Business Law and a bachelor degree in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and Australia.

Andre von Appen Andre von Appen
Vice President, Europe

André von Appen has over 25 years of experience supporting and consulting on digital transformation projects through innovative technology solutions. André brings a well-established background in Information Technology and has delivered multiple complex implementations for multi-million dollar projects in the retail and IT industry. Prior to CBX, Andre has held senior executive roles in Sales, Business Development & P&L Management. He has comprehensive skills in building operations and offices from start-up, to fully established and operational across Europe and North America. André holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Information Technology.

Brad Dunshee has more than twenty years of experience in originating, developing, and managing multi-channel marketing programs. He is a results driven marketer, managing and delivering prompt, creative, and quality results with specialization in digital strategy development, new and emerging technologies, sales enablement, and partner support.

Vice President, Business Development, Americas

Eric Linxwiler has over 30 years of experience in business development positions within enterprise software and cloud based service companies with a specialty in Supply Chain optimization and workflow management. Most recently, he has focused on supply chain communications between Tier one retailers, manufacturers, distributors and their trading partners. Prior to joining CBX Software, Eric managed the Sales and Marketing operations for Direct EDI, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he helped grow the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by SPS Commerce in 2011.

Tim Chiu has over 25 years of experience in supporting global sourcing automation and information technology that enables collaboration between global commerce communities. Tim has helped numerous leading retailers and brands improve global sourcing efficiency by implementing retail merchandising, global sourcing, vendor management, and vendor collaboration solutions that provide measurable benefits. With a varied background in IT and workflow process consulting, Tim is a frequent speaker on the topic of global sourcing for the retail industry.

As CBX Software’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hung holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 25 years of IT Industry experience, Michael has focused on developing software and solutions that streamline business processes for leading retail, manufacturing and financial services organizations. Prior to CBX, he consulted for a range of clients and industries with Lotus Consulting, now part of IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University.
