The company develops and distributes the CBX Software InForms platform. This development platform is provided as an ASP (web-based) service, and is easily customizable and integrated into an organizations web-site and other enterprise applications. Headquartered in Oakland, California, CBX Software is a privately held company.

JOHN REZENDES (President and Founder, CBX Software)
Professional Highlights & Current relevant experience: John provides over 20 years of software and IT experience. John began his career at Anderson Consulting and Physics International where he designed and implemented their first computer network. John joined multimedia pioneering Passport Designs 1991 where he helped transform the company from a professional software application provider to a seven million dollar a year consumer software company. John next worked with California Department of Education where he served as Director of the Ed-Data project, the premiere website for reporting fiscal performance and demographics for all school districts. Seeing and overwhelming need in organizations for a way to tackle every-day business processes, John created the InForms software tool-set designed to swiftly develop custom applications without the need of large scale IT initiatives.
BRENT SILVERIA (Vice President, CBX Software)
Professional Highlights & Current relevant experience: With a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing, Brent has over 20 years experience in the software industry ranging from consumer electronics to enterprise document management and CRM. Brent has consulted with companies such as Apple Computer, Warner Bros., PBS and NARAS (The Grammy Awards) where his experiences had made him a frequent speaker in the subjects of multimedia and digital TV. Brent’s career began in the music equipment manufacturing industry and he first worked with John Rezendes at Passport Designs, Inc. where together, they pioneered the first music personal-productivity software, MusicTime ™. Brent was also the DVD Product manager with Roxio, and the creative force behind DVD Creator ™, that company’s first consumer DVD authoring tool. Most recently prior to joining CBX, Brent has worked in education and the CRM industries.
